IT'S ONLINE!
finally! browse the breathtakingly glorious "collection" here. warning: hideously clunky flash catalog browser (as well as hideously clunky furniture)- we only got a few pages in before we had to give up. m21 will try again later, after he's had a glass of wine to take the edge off.

the picture on the catalogue is from when he was still sort of cute and normal looking.
I started flipping through the furniture and decorative arts catalogue with glee, anticipating the wonderful tackiness within and after a surprisingly boring start was not disappointed. But then all the child sculptures, art, and lladro figurines just started creeping me out. I can't even imagine what that bizarrely varied collection of objects looked like in one building.
Ok, so I took a tiny peek at only two of the catalogs and WOW! my head hurts. So.Much.Stuff. Let us know what you bid on!

meg- i know, poor thing. and i actually like the idea of being painted as a historical figure. if i had tons of excess cash, i can see myself doing for kicks.
junkie- i SO agree- all the bronze statues of children are super CREEPY, especially given what we know about him...
tracy- i don't know if i'll *really* bid, but i do have my eye on at least one thing with a bizarrely low estimate. (and it's kind of a bizarre thing in and of itself).
lucinda- jeff koons is one of my heroes, so if i could afford that statue, i'd build a freakin' house around it! (i'd also make sure it had it's own wing- i wouldn't want to look at michael everyday...)
