martini anyone?
so we sorta ho-hummed through our new west elm catalog yesterday. not that there was anything wrong with the selections offered or nuthin'- lots of clean contemporary furniture at inexpensive prices, exactly what you expect from west elm, and we liked the brighter, pop-ier feel of some of the new stuff, but nothing really wowed us. until page 65, then we sat up and paid attention! m21 is loving this little aluminum "martini"table @$129, a chic modern alternative to the garden stool. table or stool, inside or out, we can really get behind chic & cheap versatile little pieces like this! offered in white, persimmon or silver, we think this little puppy will perk up lots of spaces...

Bonjour! My Dictionary.com word of the day is 'atelier' so naturally I thought of you. Hope your new year is 'tres heureux' so far! Those little stools are very cute. I guess everyone's realized how handy a garden seat can be in the house... so it looks like they'll be with us for a while longer. HomeGoods had like a thousand last time I was there!
