love on top of love (a "newsworthy" wallcovering)

when we saw the ad for this fantabulous wallcovering from weitzner limited in this month's interior design magazine, we just about fell out of our chair- it is that cool. can't wait to use it instead of the expected grasscloth in a future project.

love on top of love.

"newsworthy" wallcovering made from recycled strips of newsprint, available in los angeles thru kneedler-fauchere.

Hi Christian, I love this wallpaper also, but was wondering if the newsprint is sealed? There are quite a few people (me included) who are hyper-sensitive to the chemicals in newsprint. Any ideas? Mary

Amazing find-colorful and chic and so unexpected-fun for a foyer!

gosh, mary, i dunno! i was also wondering if you leaned up against it in a white shirt, does the newsprint rub off? so it would seem that it would have to be sealed somehow, right? though if i were allergic, i might not use it- just like i wouldn't use a wall paper made from ragweed- my allergy trigger!

I'd love to see it on a dresser or credenza or lining the back of a bookshelf. Very cool! Marija
