And Madge, if you need someone to test out the new digs ahead of your visits (making sure sofa cushions are sufficiently soft, filet mignon in the sub-zero is sufficiently succulent) I can be made available. do call us!
frankie- what a most excellent suggestion. i think i should probably move in too for an extended period before the decorating actually starts- so i can get a feel for the flow of the rooms n' stuff.

Yes M21, you need to move in to get the feel of the place before decorating. According to Simon and Alex van Kempen, you need to live there for at least three years before you can figure out the proper flow of things.
Did you read the book her brother wrote about her? He did the decorating for all of her palces prior to the marriage to Guy Ritchie.
Apparently she was a nightmare client as far as decorating! Maybe you dont' want her as a client afterall.
